Bluewater Volleygrass Festival 2024 is here - July 26-28.

The Blue Water Volleygrass Festival is an annual grass court 4 on 4 volleyball tournament. Volleygrass is held each year during the last weekend of July, and is host to over 200 teams of every age and skill level. No matter your experience with the game of volleyball, we have a division and a fun filled weekend available for you.

Volleygrass supports the Port Huron Northern Athletic Boosters and the student athletes of Port Huron Northern High School.

The tournament is divided into groups for Co-ed, Men, Women, Girls, and Boys .

The Co-ed tournament takes place in the afternoon and evening of Friday, July 26th.

Co-ed check in begins at 4:00pm. Tournament play begins at 5:00pm

Men, Women, Girls, and Boys compete over two days on Saturday July 27th, and Sunday July 28th.

Check in begins Saturday, July 27th at 8:00am. Tournament play begins at 9:00am.

Players may choose to compete in the following divisions. For age specific divisions, all players, including alternates, must fall within the specified age limit by tournament date. A minimum of 5 teams must sign up per division. If, by registration deadline, there are fewer than 5 teams in a division, team captains will be contacted and teams asked to move to a different division or will have the option to have their registration refunded.

Division requirements:

Girls 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U and Boys 15U, 18U - All players must be maximum age or under as of July 26, 2024. Players can play up in age brackets if they choose

Co-Ed High School - For high school age players including 2024 high school graduates.

Co-Ed Rec / Backyard - For recreational players new to the game.

Beginner - For players with entry level skills.

Intermediate - Competitive division for players with some league or other team experience

Open - For highly skilled players with college or previous high level competition experience

30+ / 40+ - All players must be minimum age or over by July 26, 2024.
